Welcome to my website!  I have dabbled in photography for many years, but once I got my hands on a digital camera I became consumed with the possibilities.  I had spent a lot of time scanning my photographs to work with digitally - and now, not only could I skip that step but I had instant gratification where working with my photos was concerned!  And my love for photography and graphic art blossomed.

Partial to (but not limited to) animals as subjects, I spend a goodly portion of my "spare" time (outside of my day job as a mild mannered systems administrator) with either a camera or a "mouse" in hand.  My camera is a constant companion while traveling, and I take advantage of any opportunity to visit zoos, aviaries, aquariums, reserves, botanical gardens...  etc. along the way; as well as any naturally occurring occasions for photographing the things I love.
